Treat your body like a temple. Provide it with the proper fuel (food & drink). Drive it around (exercise) several times (3-5) each week so the engine (your heart) runs at various “speeds.” Provide scheduled down-time each day so it can repair itself (sleep … both the amount & the types: Light, Deep, REM). Get sunshine & ground yourself.
