Daily sleep – very important … especially REM. Set goals & priorities. Practice gratitude to others. Be positive / practice positive self-talk. Connect with family, friends, & positive people that fulfill you, provide emotional support & practical help. Do brain exercises: Puzzles, Sudoku, Backgammon, Crosswords, Bridge, FreeCell, Mahjong, etc. Do relaxing activities daily such as yoga, breathing, meditation, read, listen to music, spend time in nature.
